Graduate Recruitment Consultant
We currently have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, driven and enthusiastic Graduate to join our dynamic team of Recruitment Consultants providing technical, commercial, supervisory and management staff to the UK construction industry on both a permanent and temporary basis.
We are looking for a graduate with a great personality and organisational skills, who is keen to learn and has an interest in recruitment or the construction industry. The role will require someone who can thrive in fast paced, high pressure environments.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiating Skills Fast and Enthusiastic learner
- Superb written and verbal communication
- Business to Business telesales (preferred but not essential)
As a trainee consultant you will receive training and guidance whilst also having the opportunity to develop your skills.
