Estimator – Building – Warwickshire
Our client is an established main contractor working primarily in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Due to continued expansion they are looking for an Estimator to join their team.
As an experienced Estimator you will have a proven track record and knowledge of a diverse range of projects in general building between the values of £250K and £10M.
You will be responsible as an Estimator for:
• Preparing analytical tenders
• Preparation of enquiry documents
• Sourcing & selection of sub contractor quotations
• Calculation of site management & preliminary costs
• Be commercially aware and a committed team player
