Description

We currently have a great permanent opportunity for a Site Manager to work for a leading construction company in the West Midlands.

They specialise in traditional buildings, design and build and refurbishment projects. They operate within the Education, commercial and industrial sectors. After great results and success in 2017 with a turnover of £25 Million, they are currently seeking an experienced site manager to join their already successful but growing team on a permanent basis.

They are seeking an all round manager to work within a close knit team to execute their long-term development plan.

The key responsibilities will include:

The day to day running of the site
To motivate onsite teams
Managing various teams of sub-contractors
Quality control
Comply with the clients health and safety procedures
Complete site within the timescale and budget

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:

Longevity in previous employment
Team Player
Independent
Great communication skills
Drive and desire to develop their career even further
Previous experience in the commercial, industrial and refurbishment sectors
Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
